Lumify Work collaborated with the Australian Government's Digital Transformation Agency (DTA) to upskill and reskill as part of the migration to the cloud. Over 1400 public sector workers were identified as requiring transformational skills as part of the digital transformation program. There was a focus on skills that drive the adoption of Microsoft 365 and Azure. Cyber Security learning was “baked in” to the solution.

Lumify People has been providing strategic and advisory services in learning and development, logistics and program and project management for 20 years. The business has a long and successful history with the Department of Defence, with a broadened client base to include Government organisations. In one project, Lumify People was tasked to review the alignment of stock codes with business rules for existing and new inventory management systems.

The Lumify Work New Zealand team has delivered Cloud Computing training to support NZ Post’s strategy. This saw the team delivering Microsoft and AWS training to NZ Post IT Professionals nationwide, including Support Teams, Cloud Architects and Cloud Developers.

In October of 2022, Lumify Work Philippines conducted Agile Project Management training for Anti-Red Tape Authority (ARTA) and Department of Information and Communications Technology (DICT) delegates. Members of these two National Government agencies were equipped with the needed competencies to streamline their processes and ensure project completion.
